RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You have the right to cancel for a full refund, or exchange an order, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The 14 days begins on the day after you receive the goods. You are obliged to take care of the goods while they are in your possession and return them undamaged.

To cancel or exchange your order, you must inform us by email at myorder@hellojoe.co.uk and return the goods to the following address:

We will refund the full amount to you as soon as the order is received.

For replacement goods, this constitutes a separate contract between you and Hello Joe and the delivery charges will apply in the usual way (except where we are replacing damaged or defective goods).

Please tell us why you are returning the item - this ensures that we can improve our service and clothing in the future.

We strive to process postal exchanges as soon as possible, but please allow 21 working days.
